
Nimbla
Visual identity and launch campaign for a trailblazing insurtech startup.
Nimbla is a UK-based insurtech company that protects small and medium-sized businesses from the risks of late or failed payments. Powered by algorithms that assess creditworthiness and insure invoices in real time, it had a strong proposition and needed a distinctive identity to stand out.
We developed a modern visual identity and design system that gave Nimbla clarity, coherence and personality. The folded Zen N symbol became a dynamic marque representing growth, layered value and the four key stages of invoicing: negotiation, sale, delivery and payment. It also symbolises positive cashflow and reinforces Nimbla’s purpose with a single recognisable idea.
Nimbla was launched at Accountex London, making an immediate impact within the finance and accountancy sector. We cut through what was a sea of grey and green, shirts and suits, with a vibrant brand and kitted our client in appropriately branded t-shirts and hoodies. Supported by campaign platforms, investor materials and digital collateral, the new identity elevated visibility and credibility, helping Nimbla secure £5.1 million in funding and continue helping SMEs trade with confidence.
