A distinctive identity for a tech platform simplifying lettings for tenants and landlords.

Letify set out to disrupt residential lettings with a tech-led platform, 1% fees for landlords and a clear stance as champions of the tenant. The offer spans full-service lettings and spare rooms in HMOs, with virtual management and a turnkey layer of services from photos and floor plans to cleaning, furnishing, certificates and repairs.

We created a sharp, credible brand identity that feels welcoming and a bit cheeky while remaining sophisticated. The system was designed for scale, with room for sub-brands across maintenance, interiors and international. Typography and colour deliver clarity and cut-through in a crowded category, and the visual language carries from app UI to marketing and partner communications.

Built for a broad audience of landlords, tenants, trade partners and investors, the identity balances friendliness with confidence.
